Swaran Vihar Yojna Jaipur was launched in year 2010 by Jaipur Development Authority of Jaipur @ Rs.6200 / square yard which was offered to people by system of lottery and in month of June,2010 the lottery results were declared and out of 316 total plots only 249 plots were allotted to people by lottery but many people at that time who got the plot by lottery also didn't make full payment in time and got there allotment cancelled reason being the high price at that point of time , this scheme was said to be most expensive launch by JDA in 2010 and because of Recession hit the whole world in 2008 and Just 2 years were passed still Jaipur Real Estate point of view
was trying to Recover from the Recession , this scheme was not a good scheme at that point of time. BIGGEST PLUS POINT
The biggest plus point of this Swaran Vihar was that it was just adjacent to Muhana mandi Jaipur, which is the biggest place for Fruits and Vegetable Wholesalers to supply in whole Jaipur , so it is very obvious to the many people of Jaipur to Regularly go to that place because of daily necessity thing available in that area and many people make a living from the trading of Fruits and Vegetables.

Apart from this Swaran Vihar is situated in near to Mansarovar area, which is a developed area of Jaipur and Jaipur metro is Starting from Mansarovar area only, further Swaran Vihar has many big Lands available for Big Residential and Commercial Projects and the JDA have been making auctions of this Big lands and small Lands in Swaran Vihar from time to time.
In March 2013 , JDA conducted a Auction for small Residential Lands and the Reserved Price was kept @ Rs.10000 per square yard but because of demand it was auctioned @ Rs.12900 / sq. yd.
BIGGEST SURPRISE
The biggest surprise came this month of July, 2013 when JDA again conducted auction in Swaran Vihar Jaipur, and because of high demand of people, JDA auctioned the plot @ Rs.20750-Rs21500 per square yard against the reserved price of Rs.10000 / sq. yd.
Just in a year time this place Swaran Vihar Jaipur has become double from Rs.10000/ sq.yd. to Rs.20000 / sq.yd..
SURROUNDED BY BIG RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
There are big Residential Projects surrounding Swaran Vihar like Urbana Jewels , Cedar luxeria and many other Residential Projects. They are offering a variety of flats ranging from Rs.2400 - Rs.3300 per square feet, with all the amenities and luxuries. Urbana Jewels is one of the biggest Residential flats Project of Jaipur offering 1200 Flats with lots of facilities.

Swaran Vihar Yojna Jaipur is surrounded by all the big roads connecting to this scheme.
There are two roads in this scheme , adjoining Muhana mandi is 150 feet wide and other is 200 feet wide on both sides of this scheme plus there is a 300 feet wide road near by which is connecting this area from SEZ Ajmer road and Jaipur Airport, which is again a big plus point for this scheme.
